Your Booking
Our Saddle Fitting Service covers the assessment of one horse for 1.5 - 2 hours.

We aim to work with your saddle first, starting with our safety check, which is essential. We are always open to work with our stock, but your saddle is our main priority!
​
Some saddle adjustments may be completed within your booking, including minor flocking work.
​
Towards the end of your session the rider/s will be asked to mount and begin the ridden assessment in an arena or close thereof. A helmet is compulsory for this assessment.
​
Payment is required in cash at the end of your booking.
What To Expect

A standard 1.5hr Saddle Fit appointment starts at €120 for
on-site bookings.

A Travel Fee Applies for locations outside our 10k. It's common for clients to schedule a group booking so the fee can be shared!

Saddle Fitting
Our Saddle Fitting service focuses on the rider and horse (on-site), assessing a number of factors to determine saddle fit or most commonly, outlining a plan to improve or fix a poor fit. We will work with your saddle where possible and make alterations to improve your saddle fit. Improving the fit of an existing saddle may include flocking, changes to gullet size, shimming and more.
We also offer a no extra fee templating session, on the day, should you choose a custom-made saddle option. We also stock a range of new and used saddles which can be shown opon request during your booking.

If the need for saddle adjustment or repair work is identified during a Saddle Fit (on-site), our fitter may be able to quote for the off-site work required. The average turnaround time for off-site saddle adustments is 10 days due to popular demand.
What Happens After Booking?
We will be in touch by phone or email to organise a good time for your saddle fitting and to request photos of your horse's back so we can bring suitable saddle options to your saddle fitting. If you are hoping to purchase a new or secondhand saddle, let us know as much detail as possible, and we will bring the most suitable options.
